Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) — Concierge Program

A safe, guided path to healing, clarity, and emotional reset.

KAP combines low-dose ketamine with psychotherapy to create a powerful window of neuroplasticity — a time when old patterns soften and new pathways can form. During this period, clients often access relief, perspective, and emotional breakthroughs that are hard to reach in ordinary consciousness.

This experience is gentle, legal, medically supervised, and done with sublingual lozenges from the comfort of your home, with me guiding you via Zoom.

How KAP Works

Ketamine acts on the brain’s glutamate system, helping “unstick” rigid patterns of anxiety, depression, grief, and self-criticism. In simple terms:

  • Entrenched negative thinking softens
  • The brain becomes more flexible
  • Emotional defenses loosen
  • Insights and new perspectives arise more easily
  • Old patterns feel more manageable

During sessions, you are awake and aware, often experiencing introspective or clarifying insights while your nervous system gets a gentle reset. Integration afterward helps anchor these insights into lasting change.

Is Ketamine Safe?

Yes. In low-dose lozenge form, ketamine is considered very safe, especially when:

  • Prescribed and overseen by a medical provider (psychiatric intake, prescription, and medication management are provided separately by Journey Clinical’s team)
  • You are supported throughout the process
  • Side effects like mild nausea or dizziness are rare and short-lived

What to Expect

1. Preparation Session
We review your history, goals, and the process. This session ensures you feel grounded, informed, and ready.

2. Medicine Sessions
Take a prescribed low-dose lozenge in a comfortable setting with me via Zoom. A chaperone is required at home. Speak if you want — or stay internal. Whatever comes up is welcome.

3. Integration Sessions
Together, we process what arose during dosing, connecting insights to your life, habits, and relationships. This ensures that breakthroughs aren’t just moments — they become lasting transformation.

4. Personalized Support
Your program includes reflective journaling prompts and feedback from me, plus email and brief call support between sessions to keep you fully supported if needed.

Who Is KAP For?

KAP can help young adults to adults mid-life and beyond who are:

  • Feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed
  • Experiencing grief or identity confusion
  • Navigating life transitions, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
  • Looking for new insight, perspective, or behavioral change

It’s not necessary to be in crisis — many clients use KAP simply to reset, gain clarity, and go deeper.

Many clients use KAP as part of a plan to safely reduce psychiatric medications, while continuing with their current therapy.

Safety & Supervision

  • Medically supervised and fully legal
  • Low-dose, at-home sessions
  • Guided by a licensed therapist throughout
  • Collaboration with a medical team for psychiatric oversight

You’re never alone — I’m with you during the experience, helping you navigate challenges and integrate insights for real transformation.

Concierge-Level Experience

This isn’t just therapy — it’s a premium, fully supported, at-home healing journey designed around you.

You’ll receive:

  • 1:1 therapeutic support throughout the entire process
  • Personalized reflection and journaling guidance
  • Flexible scheduling and between-session access
  • Grounded preparation, real-time support, and thoughtful integration

It’s the closest thing to having a personal mental health concierge — someone who knows your story, anticipates your needs, and walks beside you every step of the way.

Medical intake, prescribing, and ongoing psychiatric oversight are provided by Journey Clinical’s medical team, so you can feel fully supported both therapeutically and medically.

An Investment in Faster, Deeper Change

KAP isn’t about adding another treatment to the list — it’s about finally creating movement where you’ve felt stuck.

With personalized guidance, flexible touchpoints, and high-touch support throughout the experience, this program is designed to help you access clarity, emotional breakthroughs, and lasting internal shifts — often more efficiently than traditional talk therapy alone.

We’ll design the right package together so you get exactly the level of support you need.
Investment details are discussed during your free consultation.

If you’ve been circling the same patterns, carrying the same pain, or waiting for life to feel lighter — KAP may be the reset your system has been needing.
