Shelf Discovery: A Book Club for Your Next Chapter
A monthly “mindset happy hour” for women who want connection, insight, and inspiration.

✨ What to Expect
You don’t need to finish the book.
You don’t even need to start the book.
Just come as you are — with your coffee, wine, tea, or fuzzy socks — and join a warm group of women navigating midlife with honesty, humor, and intention.
Each month, we’ll dive into a book that sparks reflection without feeling heavy — covering topics like getting out of our own way, managing our thoughts, and exploring inspiring stories of growth and transformation, and more.
✨ Why I Created This
I wanted a space where my past group members, clients, lake friends, and anyone craving growth could gather — without the pressure of therapy, the emotional heaviness of support groups, or the formality of traditional book clubs.
Just connection. Just conversation. Just an hour that feels good.
✨ Who It’s For
Women in midlife and beyond (loosely defined) who want:
- connection without oversharing
- growth without homework
- inspiration without overwhelm
- If that sounds like you… you’ll feel right at home.
A great way to socialize and connect in a meaningful way. Come join us!
